06 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the sauce-covered bread slices.
07 - Arrange desired toppings over the cheese, then sprinkle dried oregano or Italian seasoning evenly atop.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It delivers that crispy-cheesy pizza satisfaction without the complexity of actual pizza dough.
  • The whole thing comes together faster than ordering takeout, and your kitchen smells incredible the moment you open the air fryer.
  • You get to customize every single slice, so picky eaters become happy eaters.
02 -
  • Bread thickness is non-negotiable—thin slices will char before the cheese melts, while thick-cut bread gives you that perfect window where everything finishes together.
  • Don't skip the preheat step, even though it feels like an extra minute. A properly heated air fryer is the difference between crispy and soggy.
03 -
  • If your bread is slightly stale, it actually works better here because it won't get soggy from the sauce and cheese.
  • Pat dry any very juicy toppings like fresh tomatoes before adding them, or they'll release moisture and make your toast less crispy.
