# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like your favorite bagel shop turned into a fork-friendly lunch you can make in under 40 minutes.
  • The creamy dressing clings to every piece of pasta without feeling heavy or goopy.
  • You can prep it the night before and it actually tastes better the next day once everything soaks in.
02 -
  • Rinse the pasta under cold water after draining or it will keep cooking and turn mushy by the time you're ready to eat.
  • Don't dress the salad until it's completely cool, or the mayo will get oily and separate in a way that's hard to fix.
  • Taste the dressing before you add it because some everything bagel blends are saltier than others and you can always add more but can't take it back.
03 -
  • Make a double batch of the dressing and keep it in a jar for up to a week, it's great on grain bowls and wraps too.
  • Toast extra everything bagel seasoning in a dry pan for 30 seconds before sprinkling it on top, it deepens the flavor and makes it smell incredible.
  • If you're bringing this somewhere, pack the extra seasoning separately and add it right before serving so it stays crunchy.
