# How To Make:
01 - Whisk eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until smoothly blended.
02 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
03 - Dip each slice of bread into the custard mixture, soaking for 10 to 15 seconds on each side, then allow excess custard to drip off.
04 - Place soaked bread on the skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through; add remaining butter and continue in batches as needed.
05 - Arrange the French toast on serving plates, top with fresh mixed berries, drizzle with pure maple syrup, and dust with powdered sugar if preferred.
