08 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# How To Make:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend grated cheddar, Parmesan, smoked paprika, dried oregano, black pepper, chili flakes (if using), and salt.
03 - Unroll puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and evenly sprinkle the cheese-spice mixture over it.
