01 - 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, full-fat or low-fat)
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

03 - 1 cup mixed red berries (strawberries, raspberries, red currants, sliced if large)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)
05 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
06 - Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

# How To Make:

01 - Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup in a bowl, stirring until smooth and lightly sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of approximately 1/3 inch.
04 - Scatter the mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries if desired.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere well.
07 - Place the baking sheet uncovered in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift the frozen bark onto a cutting board, and break or cut into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
